Hi friends! I'm Laura Kashner, a Midwest-based graphic designer who calls a beautiful Illinois farm town home.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts & Graphic Design degree in 2009, I began my career in the corporate publishing design world and started my creative freelance hustle on the side. Eight years later, I've sent over 125 publications to the press and have worked with dozens of creative small businesses on branding, art direction, photography and in-house graphic design work.
In 2017, I launched my own magazine - Whitespace Magazine - a print publication for artists and designers. My aesthetic of simplistic design is reflected in my love of soaking up the "white space" in the life I share with my husband and three girls.
